Job Overview

This senior leadership role oversees the implementation of comprehensive engineering solutions that drive exceptional guest experiences across properties. Reporting to , you will spearhead key initiatives in capital expenditure projects, energy conservation, and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and standardize robust engineering policies, fostering seamless operations and high-quality results
  • Lead strategic capital expenditure projects, including renovations and new builds, with a focus on timely and budget-aligned delivery
  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs for property-level engineering teams to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement

Maintenance & Operations:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring facilities operate at peak efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with resort teams to promptly resolve issues and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction

Energy & Sustainability:

  • Promote energy-efficient practices and initiatives throughout properties
  • Implement and monitor sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality industry standards

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, adhering to the highest industry standards
  • Conduct regular audits and implement measures to mitigate risks proactively

Team Development & Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor talented engineering professionals, promoting growth and development within the team
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement among team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management are highly desirable
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
