Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage key operational aspects of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in Central Operations, preferably at a senior level. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational frameworks. Additionally, they should have hands-on exposure to audit responses and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Operational Compliance, Mandate Management, CKYC, CERSAI, RMU, and Bureau Reporting.
  • Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive automation and leverage technology to enhance efficiency across operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen operational controls and governance.
