Accountable for delivering MEP services on projects while meeting time, budget, safety, and quality requirements. Provides high-quality, time-efficient delivery while ensuring compliance, governance, and assurance. Manages technical and construction staff. Builds and retains relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.


You'll be responsible for:



  • Ensuring MEP packages on projects are delivered in compliance with Mace standards.
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of MEP service packages, including programme management, health, safety, wellbeing, quality, and commissioning of projects.
  • Liaising and coordinating with project stakeholders, forming strong working relationships with the client, consultants, trade contractors, and other team leaders.
  • Procuring specialist packages and appointments against the agreed scope demarcation and budget.
  • Managing budgets, value engineering, schedules, trade contracts, and providing support to commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deploying project strategic plans in conjunction with operating frameworks and strategic priorities.
  • Supporting design reviews on information provided by consultants and trade specialists, checking for compliance, coordination, and completeness.
  • Coordinating delivery strategies and programmes for project phases.
  • Implementing commissioning strategies in line with Mace commissioning standards.
  • Undertaking productivity assessments using digital technologies.
  • Supporting project close-out, ensuring elements of completion are delivered to a high standard.
  • Proactively identifying risk and producing mitigation plans.
  • Supporting the review of issues to drive continuous improvement and providing lessons learned.
  • Managing a team of professional roles, driving performance, and results.

You'll need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in the relevant field.
