Job Title: Senior US Payroll Executive

Job Location: Visakhapatnam, India.

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Years of Work Experience in the Payroll Industry.

Educational Qualification: Master of Commerce or MBA in Finance (Preferred).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior US Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll processing tools, compliance reporting, tax-related processes, and excellent communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage US and Canada Payroll Processing with Accuracy and Compliance.
  • Work Extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks Payroll Tools.
  • Prepare and File 401K Reports in Compliance with Statutory Requirements.
  • Review and Reconcile Unemployment Tax Rates and Ensure Timely Filing.
  • Ensure Payroll Compliance with US GAAP Standards (Knowledge Preferred).
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR Teams for Payroll Inputs, Audits, and Reporting.
  • Address Employee Payroll Queries and Provide Resolutions Effectively.
  • Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge of US Payroll Laws, Compliance, and Best Practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ Years of Experience in US Payroll (Canada Payroll Knowledge Added Advantage).
  • Strong Working Knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks Payroll Systems.
  • Hands-On Experience in 401K Report Filing and Tax Compliance.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP Will Be an Added Advantage.
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Reconciliation Skills.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Detail-Oriented with a High Degree of Accuracy and Confidentiality.
