Job Title: Project Manager for Interior Design Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our interior design operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead a high-performing team of designers, estimators, and project coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze project data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in the interior design industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timeliness.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in people management, process improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
