Print Production Coordinator Role

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in print production coordination? We are seeking a skilled Print Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end print production activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end print production activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Print Production Coordinator, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry and workflow management tools
