Research Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher in Chemistry to test the reasoning capabilities of large language models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience in creating problems for AI models to solve.

• Create complex chemistry problems for AI models to analyze and provide feedback.
• Identify gaps in logic or understanding and share insights on how well the model handles abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Stable computer and internet access.

• Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor assignment/freelancer.
• Duration of contract: 1 month.
• Selection Process: Task-based assessment for shortlisted candidates, followed by a contract offer with defined timelines and workload.
