Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite and be able to design and implement large-scale utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle Utilities C2M solutions for large-scale utilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems, meter-to-cash (M2C) processes, billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders
  • Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, performance optimization techniques
  • Leadership skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, conduct architecture reviews and workshops, risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery, cloud migration strategies and hybrid models
