Technical Lead for Verification Engineering

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead for Verification Engineering to join our team.
Job Description:
- The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the verification engineering team and ensuring that all design verification activities are completed on time and within budget.
- They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and systems engineers, to develop and implement verification strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as the Technical Lead will need to coordinate with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and other technical leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-12 years of experience in verification engineering, with a strong background in digital design, computer architecture, and programming languages such as C, C++, and SystemVerilog.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with UVM/OVM methodology and knowledge of advanced verification techniques, such as constrained-random simulation and formal verification.
