Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

Hiring House Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial reporting, taxation compliance, budgeting, internal controls, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Taxation and Compliance:
    • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Internal Controls and Process Improvement:
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
