Banking Domain Documents Review Professional

We are seeking a skilled Banking Domain Documents Review professional to fill this key role. As a senior process executive/process specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Document review: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant CLIENT standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality control: Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, correctness, discrepancies, errors, and missing information. Verify adherence to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards. Escalate non-compliance issues.
  • Account opening/setup: Oversee the end-to-end process of account creation, collecting, verifying, and inputting necessary documents and information correctly into the system.
  • Account maintenance: Manage ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date account details.
  • Purchase transaction processing: Accurately process purchase transactions, including purchase requests in the CLIENT recordkeeping system.
  • Redemption transaction processing: Process redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant execution.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Banking Domain Documents Review.
  • Any graduate qualifications.
  • Rotational shift including night shift (US Shift).
  • Immediate notice period.
