Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Scalex Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software services and libraries that support customer supply chains and customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software services and libraries that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with executives and product managers to determine the best technical solutions to address customer problems
  • Document systems and code for team use, including models and diagrams
  • Conduct unit and load testing to ensure software correctness, performance, and scalability
  • Debug production issues to restore customer operations promptly
  • Understand requirements, seek clarity when necessary, and develop high-quality code
  • Participate in software design and project meetings, providing timely updates on progress, risks, and issues
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Java
  • Experience with Spring Boot
  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs
  • Database management experience with both relational and non-relational databases
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure tools such as S3, SNS, SQS, and Lambda
  • Experience with automated test creation
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and data manipulation
Preferred Skills:
  • Python scripting experience
  • Experience with low-latency systems
