Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Systems Team, you will be responsible for testing and integration of divisional financial systems, ensuring seamless support and reporting. Your expertise will drive excellence in our organization.

This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. If you possess 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation with expertise in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. They will also possess the capacity to analyze complex data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems.
  • Provide expert support for agency management system accounting processes and users, maintaining issue logs and prioritizing production issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs and communication initiatives for finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
  • Ensure accurate testing and maintenance of finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  • Oversee the organization of all electronic files for the accounting center as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA Inter or MBA – Finance.
