Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns, driving the closing of significant sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the diesel genset or related industry.
