Job Title: Manufacturing Facility Project Coordinator

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a new manufacturing facility, from conceptualization to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and location analysis to determine project viability.
  • Promote business cases and estimate costs to guide team efforts.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop architectural designs that meet regulatory standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient progress.
  • Oversee construction activities, utilities setup, and infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate machine procurement and installation.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance by securing necessary approvals.
  • Liaise with government bodies and local authorities.
  • Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Hire and train plant personnel.
  • Develop operational readiness for handover to operations team.
