Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with Revit design environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in Revit modeling for HVAC equipment, sprinklers, fixtures, ducting and piping layout and support details.
  • Experience of interfacing with disciplines like PDP, Architecture, Electrical and Structural.
  • Knowledge and hands on experience on S3D would be added advantage and shall be preferred.
  • Should have experience in setting up of the model for MEP.
  • Proficient in creating view templates, schedules, parametric part models, bill of quantities using REVIT MEP.
  • Co-ordination of all services 3D, 2D architectural and structural models layout in NAVISWORKS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and public buildings.
  • Work experience in Semiconductor industry, Metro Rail, Airport, Oil and Gas projects would be added advantage.
  • The Candidate will work as part of Global Bechtel team and should have basic flair for working with personnel of different nationalities.
  • Should have a good proficiency for spoken and written English language.
