About this Role

This position involves managing employee data and ensuring the efficient operation of various insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of building relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records for employee data.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintain an endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in systems.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Support client HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and executives.
  • Support executives with data management for policy renewals.
  • Effectively manage data on internal enrollment portals.
  • Provide assistance and resolve client queries through ticketing tools.
  • Conduct periodic data reconciliation and submit reports to clients.
  • Coordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims, and no claim confirmations for deletion endorsements.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
