Job Overview

We are a reputable bridal fashion label seeking a driven and passionate Boutique Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Bengaluru.

About the Role:
  • Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Lead a team of stylists and support staff – training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and employee development
  • Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice
  • Manage client appointments, measurements, fittings, and follow-ups with precision and care
  • Maintain inventory – including stock checks, ordering, and display management
  • Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections
  • Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
  • Meet sales targets and report performance metrics to management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi
