Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Developer to join our Marketing & Communications team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating engaging and informative content that showcases our expertise in digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include researching technical topics, writing and editing documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all written materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Create clear, concise, and well-structured documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and user needs.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials by working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
