Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Holiday Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual.

  2. Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual.

  3. Handle enquiries through – Walk in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel Agents.

  4. Ensure customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost.

  5. Build relationships and service the city PSA & TAs.

  6. Maintain query turnaround time as per SOP.

  7. Initiate telesales calls for follow ups & closure of sales bookings.

  8. Coordinate with service team for post-sale process.

  9. Maintain Daily Sales Report.

  10. Maintain enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and send regular emails on new offers.

  11. Maintain Customer Satisfaction at 95% during the entire customer interaction.

  12. Adhere to company policy and systems.

  13. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections.

  14. Ensure minimal risk related exposure for the organization by doing all necessary due diligence.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to meet targets and deadlines
