Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to design, build, and optimize high-performance blockchain applications on Solana.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems for on-chain and off-chain components.
  • Write efficient, readable, and testable code adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and set the development roadmap for blockchain projects.
  • Document technical designs, APIs, and user guides in a clear and developer-friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across on-chain and off-chain components.
About This Role

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Solana blockchain development.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Rust language and its ecosystem, with at least 2+ years of experience in Solana blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack Solana Web3 applications from smart contracts to frontend dApps.
  • Write, test, and deploy Solana smart contracts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Rust development.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
