Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Layout Engineer to design and develop optimized memory layouts for our cutting-edge products.
  • Collaboration with circuit designers is essential to translate schematics into efficient layouts, ensuring seamless integration of custom memories like SRAM and Register Files.
  • A comprehensive understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints is necessary to excel in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in debugging physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR, to ensure high-quality designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in process nodes 5nm and below is crucial for success in this position.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL is required, along with experience in Custom based memories or compiler-based memories.
  • Possessing knowledge of high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in memory layout design is necessary to lead our team's efforts.
