Paying Precision Specialist

Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Paying Precision Specialist to analyze and process payroll information with accuracy.
  • This role involves reviewing payroll data for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing payroll changes, resolving employee inquiries, and maintaining the payroll system.
  • A strong understanding of payroll processing, tax regulations, and software applications such as Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR is required.
  • Experience in US and Canada payroll processing, knowledge of multi-state pay requirements and taxes, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and tax setup.
  • Manage payroll changes and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Maintain the payroll system, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in US and Canada payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of payroll software applications, including Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
