Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust web applications using the Laravel framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing ones.
  • Ensure high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. PHP basics, including syntax, data types, and control structures.
  2. Laravel framework, including MVC architecture, routes, controllers, models, migrations, and blade templates.
  3. Database knowledge, including MySQL or PostgreSQL basics, writing queries, and understanding relationships.
  4. Frontend fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with Laravel views.
  5. REST APIs, including understanding how to consume and build APIs.
  6. Version control, including Git/GitHub basics.
  7. Composer package management in Laravel.
  8. Basic debugging skills, including error troubleshooting and use of Laravel's error logs.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  1. AJAX/JQuery for dynamic frontend interactions.
  2. Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.
  3. Laravel auth system basics.
  4. PHPUnit/feature tests.
  5. Understanding of MVC in general.
Soft Skills:
  1. Problem-solving mindset.
  2. Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
  3. Ability to follow coding standards and guidelines.
  4. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
