Advanced Security Specialist

Highly skilled IT security specialists at the L4 level play a crucial role in resolving complex and difficult issues. These technical leaders participate in strategic decision making, priority setting, major design enhancements, incident management, problem resolution, stability analysis, on-call support, and other key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to new demands as an independent specialist
- Provide solutions for customer requirements
- Handle and troubleshoot priority incidents
- Patch and manage changes
- Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Perform log analysis on GPAM component servers
- Manage CyberArk tickets
- Set up test systems
- Manage firewall changes
- Provide 24/7 on-call support
- Coordinate with the engineering team and process owners
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
- Business analyst experience
- Proficiency in Unix and Windows administration
- Knowledge of networking and CCNA certification
- Experience with general updates and configuration changes
- CyberArk Defender and Sentry certification
- DevOps experience with Dynatrace, Docker, Puppet, Ansible, and GIT tools
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
Core competencies include CyberArk PAM and AAM, IAM, AD, networking, and load balancing concepts.
