Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Design and Planning

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in design coordination, planning, and procurement to drive project success.

About the Role

This role requires a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on high-end residential, hotel, and commercial projects. The successful candidate will have at least 10-12 years of experience in leading teams and driving projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Coordination:
    • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure seamless design execution.
    • Value engineering to optimize design details from cost and safety parameters.
  • Planning:
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
    • Manage and track design deliverables, including concept design, GFC drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Procurement:
    • Review tender documents and prepare query lists for clarification.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in architecture or a related field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects within budget and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
