Job Title: Sr Manager/ Chief Manager/ Wealth Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager or Chief Manager in the Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing wealth and providing tailored financial solutions to high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their unique requirements and financial goals.
  • Conduct timely and regular follow-up with leads and ensure they are properly engaged and informed about market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and work closely with the regional marketing team and product team to implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that meet company objectives.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop customized investment solutions that meet their needs and risk tolerance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation, with a minimum of $10 million in assets under management.
  • Strong logical and numerical ability, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications, such as CFP or CAIA.
  • Experience in all wealth instruments, including insurance, FD, mutual funds, PMS, and AIF.
  • Knowledge of investment products and services, including fixed income, equities, and alternative investments.
