Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director of Educational Content to lead our in-house graphics team in developing engaging visual content for our educational offerings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in EdTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • In-House Graphics Management:
    • Oversee the development of creative and visually appealing designs for educational content.
    • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion.
    • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Oversight of Outsourced Projects:
    • Conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Review and approve graphic materials before final production or publication.
    • Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all company graphics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in EdTech.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign), and Articulate.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market trends.
