Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our organization's financial integrity.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, leveraging data analytics to identify potential areas of concern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement audit plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Data Analytics in Auditing: Design data-driven audit methodologies for better effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks, and prioritize audit areas using analytics.
  • Operational Audits: Audit manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Auditing & Reporting: Conduct financial audits, verify accuracy with data analytics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards, and monitor ongoing compliance using analytics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use analytics to drive process improvements and track audit recommendations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
