Accounts Executive

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing and submitting tax returns, and providing support to senior staff during audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts, including voucher entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Prepare and submit TDS and GST returns on a monthly basis.
  • Assist senior staff in responding to audit queries and finalizing the company's books of accounts.
  • Prepare statements at regular intervals regarding term loans, cash credits, and other financial matters.
  • Develop and maintain Order Sheets using Tally/ERP software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Knowledge of Tally/ERP software and its applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
