Drive Mass Retail Distribution Excellence
About the Role:You will play a pivotal part in crafting and implementing a circle mass distribution strategy, focusing on achieving Gross and Net Acquisition targets. Your key objectives include attaining market leadership through revenue growth while ensuring high-quality additions.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall circle sales strategy, set targets for the distribution channel covering business and distribution KPIs, and develop channel expansion strategies by evaluating distribution coverage, penetration, and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Achieve circle revenue targets for all products across brands, expand the distribution network by appointing and monitoring partners, and implement national initiatives.
- Development and Training: Identify development areas, recommend training programs, work with the SEM team to develop training programs, and share best practices within the circle and other circles.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in distribution, preferably in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution.
- Proven multi-geography team leadership skills to bring in best practices.
- Experience in distribution planning and channel strategy implementation is essential.
