Xpand is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth within a designated geographic area or market segment.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, managing sales operations, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage sales operations and achieve sales targets within a designated geographic area or market segment.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners within the assigned area.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Develop and implement programs to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
