Job Title: RCM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an RCM specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our revenue cycle management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of provider RCM principles and practices, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in any stream is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound payer calls and provide necessary insights to resolve issues promptly.
  • Update patient accounts and fix issues as required.
  • Coordinate with RCM departments to ensure issue resolution and tracking details.
  • Review trends and suggest process-level changes to reduce communication and bring efficiency.
  • Escalate any issues reported by payers to the team and manager to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with claims processing and resolution.
