Treasury Risk Management Professional

As a key player in our organization's treasury team, you will be responsible for managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and manage treasury-related risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
  • Monitor hedge ratios and ensure timely and accurate reporting of Value at Risk (VaR).
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure finance cost control.
  • Prepare financial models to stress test various hedging strategies and assess their effectiveness.
  • Negotiate working capital and FX credit facilities on behalf of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and systems to align with evolving business needs.
  • Implement and continuously improve Treasury Management Systems (TMS), focusing on risk management and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in International Treasury, with a strong focus on risk management and financial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba.
  • Deep understanding of financial risk management, derivatives, and hedging strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
