We're seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing innovative e-bike designs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is an opportunity for a creative problem-solver with excellent technical skills to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Automobile systems, EV related systems especially 2w, vehicle integration, engineering BoM & ECN management, knowledge of complete New Product Development cycle, proficiency in Design & drafting of parts with GD&T for vehicle systems, thorough knowledge of materials and material properties, strong ability to convert Technical requirements into detailed and robust designs, knowledge of CMVR / Homologation requirement, and benchmarking, Co-ordination with Suppliers for DFM & DFA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Automobile systems & EV related systems especially 2w.
  • Vehicle integration.
  • Engineering BoM & ECN management
  • Knowledge of complete New Product Development cycle.
  • Proficiency in Design & drafting of parts with GD&T for vehicle systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of materials and material properties.
  • Strong ability to convert Technical requirements into detailed and robust designs.
  • Knowledge of CMVR / Homologation requirement.
  • Benchmarking, Co-ordination with Suppliers for DFM & DFA.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Solid Works is MUST & hands on experience in – Part modelling, drafting, assembly, system layouts & vehicle level Layouts.
  • PLM Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Hyper mesh & CAE analysis.
