Job Title: AI Trainer

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert in Ai and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with experts to develop training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Performing training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and designing customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporating open-source technologies into the training curriculum and encouraging community-driven innovation.
  • Mentoring learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments to ensure practical skill acquisition.
  • Creating training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to design Ai curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source Ai/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and Ai agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
