Occupational Therapy Professional

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in occupational therapy, with a focus on working with children. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments to identify sensory, motor, cognitive, and functional difficulties affecting daily life and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focusing on fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory integration, self-care, handwriting, and daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy goals, session notes, progress reports, and outcomes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Stay updated with evidence-based practices, therapy tools, and techniques in occupational therapy and pediatric rehabilitation.
  • Ensure ethical practices, confidentiality, and child safety in all professional interactions.
  • Provide training to parents for the home training of the child and conduct parent counseling sessions.
