Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual design ideas that meet project requirements for aesthetics and practicality.
  • Analyze user needs and participate in research, conceptualization, and development of designs.
  • Presentation and expression of Architectural Interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  • Collaboration with teams and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Preparation of a complete set of construction drawings, documents, and specifications for Architecture Interior design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with good technical competency.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Additional skills in Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works are beneficial.

  • Product selection and specification.
  • Furniture, lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selections.
  • Ergonomics.
  • Architectural Interior lighting.
  • Sanitary fixtures and accessories.

Soft Skills:

  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
