Job Title: Senior Packaging Trainer

Develop and deliver expert training programs in packaging design, compliance, validation, and testing across regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and teach training modules on packaging principles and material selection tailored to product safety and industry needs.
  • Train professionals on standards, regulatory expectations, and best practices in packaging compliance.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on validation, stability testing, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Conduct sessions on CAD-based packaging design and optimization of packaging configurations.
  • Educate on testing to ensure product integrity.
  • Train on labeling compliance and serialization requirements.
  • Guide on integration of packaging with quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop case studies and practical workshops to simulate real-world packaging engineering challenges.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in packaging design and material science.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience in packaging validation, stability testing, and transport/distribution testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for packaging design and development.
  • Understanding of serialization, labeling regulations, and traceability systems.
  • Familiarity with guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
