Job Title: Senior Architect

Key role of an experienced Design Architect:

We are seeking a seasoned creative leader to spearhead innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design Visionary: Develop strategic design solutions that showcase expertise in conceptualizing and executing effective design concepts.
  • Innovative Thinking: Foster creativity and innovation within architectural projects, pushing beyond traditional drafting methods.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the planning and execution of design concepts, incorporating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Collaboration Expertise: Execute detailed drawings with precision, ensuring project compliance and design integrity.
  • Advanced Rendering Skills: Showcase proficiency in advanced rendering techniques to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
