Embedded Flash Technology Integration Specialist

As a key member of our cutting-edge technology team, you will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of embedded Flash technology across various CMOS nodes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating eFlash into CMOS flows, including flash stack formation, etching, and performance characterization.

Key responsibilities include setting up CMOS and eFlash flows, defining process parameters and inline measurement strategies, and ensuring robust integration.

  • Drive the development and optimization of eFlash technology
  • Integrate eFlash into CMOS flows
  • Set up CMOS and eFlash flows
  • Define process parameters and inline measurement strategies

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of flash device architecture and FEOL integration
  • Experience with process/device integration, product, or process engineering
  • Understanding of semiconductor processing, device physics, and eFlash cell design and integration
  • Familiarity with automotive-grade memory qualification (AEC-Q100)
