Senior Cybersecurity Testing Manager

We seek a meticulous and visionary Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our cybersecurity testing initiatives.
This leadership role entails guiding a team of skilled QA engineers, implementing rigorous testing strategies, and ensuring top-notch quality assurance practices throughout the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and automation scripts for functional, security, performance, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration and exceptional quality from design to deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and testing tools to maintain proactive QA measures.
- Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6-10 years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types (manual & automation), and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
- Experience in cybersecurity product testing is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in security testing (static/dynamic code analysis, fuzz testing, vulnerability validation).
- Exposure to cloud security platforms and API testing.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSM, CEH will be a plus.
