Job Title: Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

This critical role in patient accounts collection demands a unique blend of skills and experience.

  • Reviewing patient ledgers, investigating claims status, and resolving outstanding balances require exceptional analytical prowess.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is crucial for verifying insurance eligibility, updating patient accounts, and meeting productivity targets.
  • Effective communication with insurance companies, clients, and team members is vital for claim resolution and quality control.
  • Identifying denial trends and provider-related issues necessitates a strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and medical billing terminology.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of US healthcare regulations, Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
  • Basic medical billing terminology knowledge

A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience working in revenue cycle management are required. Fluency in Spanish language is necessary for this position.
