Key Responsibilities:

You'll bridge the gap between our AI R&D teams and IP legal counsel. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze inventions, draft high-quality patent applications, and build a robust intellectual property portfolio.

  • Analyze patents for novelty and assess their potential for prosecution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to identify patentable innovations and technologies.
  • Draft patent applications with technical accuracy and clarity, ensuring seamless global prosecution.
  • Liaise with external patent attorneys to manage patent filings and deadlines, providing strategic input on IP positioning.
  • Conduct competitor patent analysis and support freedom-to-operate and infringement analyses.

To excel in this role, you'll require a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and software development principles. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is necessary, along with 2+ years of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, or IP strategy.
