Job Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create consistent visual identities for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns, with a focus on storytelling through design.
  • Design 3D visuals, motion graphics, and short videos for global campaigns, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
  • Produce attractive PDFs and corporate documents ready for investors, partners, and international presentations, ensuring visual impact and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence, driving business goals forward.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, effective, and memorable visuals, communicating key messages effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality results.
  • Stay updated with design, UI/UX, and global visual trends, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts or equivalent, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in professional design, showcasing expertise and portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), leveraging industry-standard tools.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to create interactive presentations and attractive PDFs, utilizing creative skills and software expertise.
  • Strong portfolio showing experience in branding, campaigns, and corporate materials, highlighting achievements and impact.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals, conveying key messages and values.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written), facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping, streamlining the design process.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design, enhancing visual communication.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach, showcasing adaptability and cultural awareness.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams, promoting seamless integration.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals, driving revenue and growth.
