Job Title: Senior AI Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Strategist to lead and manage our team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing AI/LLM models and algorithms.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage machine learning and statistical models to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex problem statements and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement advanced data science strategies using fine-tuned LLMs like Open AI, Gemini AI, and open-source models like LLAMA and BERT.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Pursue opportunities in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Conversational AI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative subject from a top-tier institution.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Strong programming skills in scripting languages like Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark, with ML tools & Cloud Technology (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Expertise in Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Scrapy, and BERT.
  • Experience in client engagement, understanding complex problem statements, and offering solutions in domains such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CPG, Marketing, etc.
  • Functional thought leader, sought after for key tech decisions.
