Salary & BenefitsEstimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement export compliance management programs across India and other applicable regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to resolve trade compliance issues, ensuring seamless international transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of India, U.S., and other relevant trade regulations, effectively managing dynamic workloads.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating trade compliance procedures into business processes, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions as necessary, maintaining compliance records according to laws and regulations.
- LLB degree from India, licensed to practice law.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in export, trade, and sanctions.
- Strong knowledge of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act of 1992, India's Export Import Policy, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations.
- Customs Broker license holders preferred but not required.
- Personal and professional maturity, organizational skills, discretion, and high integrity.
