We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient data pipelines.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible data for analytics, reporting, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from multiple sources into data stores/warehouses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to define data requirements, models, and metrics.
  • Data Storage Solutions: Manage and optimize Postgres, BigQuery, Redshift, or cost-effective alternatives.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Ensure validation and governance across all pipelines.
  • Automation and Monitoring: Implement automation, monitoring, and alerting for data workflows.
  • Business Intelligence: Support dashboards, analytics use cases, and API integrations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data engineering / backend development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent programming language).
  • Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks (Airbyte, Airflow, dbt, Luigi, or similar).
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, schema design, and optimization.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or open-source alternatives.
