Interior Design Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Consultant to lead our design projects and collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional results.

  • Job Summary:
  • This role involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements, providing design solutions that meet their needs, and executing multiple design projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for HomeLane customers, from initial meetings to final order booking and design completion.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide innovative design solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, with site experience and confidence in proposing designs that can be easily installed.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, providing functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet customer budgets.
  • Exposure to residential projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, defend designs, and negotiate pricing.
