Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Analog Layout Design Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a key position responsible for overseeing and implementing cutting-edge analog layout designs using lower FINFET technology nodes (TSMC 5nm).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in IR drop, Electromigration, self-heating, RC delay, and parasitic capacitance optimization to ensure high-quality designs that meet tight design constraints.
  • Solid understanding of how layout impacts circuit performance (speed, area, etc.) to deliver optimal results.
  • Ability to implement layouts that meet project requirements and deliver on time.
  • Hands-on experience with CADENCE/SYNOPSYS layout tools and flows to leverage best practices and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PERL/SKILL) is a plus, enabling more efficient workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
